Any inappropriate/rude behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be canceled if it occurs.

Racists, homophobes, transphobes, zoos, groomers/pedos/"MAP", proshippers, MAGA/Trump supporters, anti-BLM, and "All lives matter" stans are forbidden from commissioning me. If I find out that you partake in any of this sort of behavior you will be blacklisted and blocked.

I have the right to decline ANY commission requests with or w/o explanation.

I only take commissions of characters with verified toyhou.se pages. If they're not verified I'll ask for purchase/trade proof (in case it is not visible in the ownership tab)

I only draw plantigrade furries and feral characters, so please keep that in mind. If your character is digitigrade I will swap it to planti- no exceptions.

I will draw suggestive/pinups but there won't be nudity! I'm working on my anatomy on that

I DO NOT DRAW FERAL NSFW! I don't condone any sort of zoophilic behavior, if I see that you partake in any of that you'll be instantly blocked.

The commission must be paid in full, upfront, through PayPal only, via invoice.

The accepted currency is USD.

If there are any major changes to the piece after it is lined, you’ll pay extra. (Things such as outfit changes, posing changes, background changes, etc. Except for coloring/marking mistakes on my part).

I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.

You will receive NO REFUNDS if I already started the sketch.

Due to how Paypal works in my country, I cannot give refunds. If you do wish for one, I will provide you with an AB TICKET for designs worth up to the amount you paid for the commission, or a DISCOUNT on other commissions.

You also WILL NOT receive a refund for a commissioned custom design if it has already started.

If money has not been sent yet the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.

Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.

Print the art for personal use, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.

Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.

Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially (meaning making money from it in any way, YouTube videos included).

Taking credit for the creation of the artwork.

Removing any watermarks/signatures.

Altering the artwork without my, the artist's, consent.

I only accept USD as payment via PayPal invoicing, or Kofi.

You must pay within 24 hours of claiming. Failing to do so will result in blacklisting.

I DO NOT do holds.

Payment plans are available for +$100 offers, WITH a downpayment of 50% (NON-REFUNDABLE); or a downpayment of 30% for +$150 offers (NON-REFUNDABLE). That is to guarantee I won't have buyers canceling out on me so often.

Payment plans have a ONE month deadline. If you require more time, please check with me first.

If you back out with no plausible reason (ie emergencies) you will be blacklisted privately. If such occurs multiple times, you will be publicly blacklisted.

Change gender, information, species, accessories, aesthetics, and the design as you'd like (if you'd like to add yourself as a extra designer, please check with me first).

Use for personal or commercial use.

Give the character any use (NSFW pieces allowed, turning into fursuits as well).

You're free to hide the character, just don't delete the profile! Thank u! If you could lmk you'll do so I'd appreciate it, but that isn't required

Claim the design as your own.

Re-sell for more unless it comes with additional art. (reselling includes vouchers and any form of real-life or online currency).

Sell the design for any currency if the design was acquired by trade/gift and does not have extra art.

Use the character for zoo art (aka feral nsfw), "babyfur", hate speech or any harmful fetish. If I find out you engage in such things, character rights will be revoked to the furthest, and a beware will be made on you.

Redesign and sell the redesigned version without my written permission (no ''breedables'' please).

Delete or delete and reupload a character made by me, under any circumstances. This also includes deleting, reuploading and crediting with other sources that are not any of my toyhouse accounts. All my designs must be their original profiles, and credited with my toyhouse username (l0stlights / l0stlightsalt).

The above applies to character artwork.

You cannot sell/trade/gift my designs to those who don't own a toyhou.se account. If you plan on doing so, let me know beforehand and I'll give you an invite code.

If you wish to gift a character, give it away for free. Please do not raffle my designs.
